PetsWorld is a pet products and grooming store operated by a small team in Solapur, Maharashtra. We carry vetted brands of pet food, grooming essentials, accessories, and lifestyle products for dogs and cats — and we deliver them quickly across the city.
Our PetsWorld mobile app lets pet parents browse the catalog, save favourites, check out via COD or Razorpay, and track their order status from placement through delivery.
We currently deliver only within Solapur city limits. Pincodes outside our serviceable area will not be accepted at checkout.
Most orders placed before 6:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are delivered the next business day. Delivery times may extend during festivals, holidays, or adverse weather.
Order status updates (placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered) are reflected inside the PetsWorld app under "My Orders".
If our delivery partner cannot deliver after two attempts, the order is returned and any payment refunded per the Refund Policy.
You can cancel any order that hasn't been shipped, directly from "My Orders" in the app. Orders already Shipped or Delivered cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of cancellation and credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No payment is taken until delivery. If a delivered COD order is returned for valid reasons, the cash amount is refunded via UPI within 24 hours of pickup.
We accept returns within 48 hours for damaged, defective, wrong, or expired products. Open/used food and grooming products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective on arrival.
By using the PetsWorld website or mobile app and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Account information you provide must be accurate and complete.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may update prices and stock without prior notice. If a pricing or stock error is discovered after order placement, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel before fulfilment.
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments processed by Razorpay. PetsWorld does not store your card or banking credentials — online payment information is handled by Razorpay under its own terms.
Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the service, scrape product data, or impersonate other users. Violations may result in account suspension.
PetsWorld is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect damages from product use, delivery delays, or temporary service unavailability.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
